Treasury

Transparency is a core requirement for a treasury-backed protocol.

Because DigiMetals holds physical assets outside the blockchain, the protocol is designed to make reserve information visible, verifiable, and regularly updated.

Reserve Reporting

DigiMetals publishes treasury reports on a scheduled basis that include:

  • Total gold reserves (weight & purity)

  • Total silver reserves (weight & purity)

  • Vault locations (by region, not exact address)

  • Custody status (allocated / segregated)

  • Treasury valuation reference metrics

Reports are published:

  • On-chain (when possible)

  • On the official documentation

  • Through public announcements

Proof of Reserves

DigiMetals uses a proof-of-reserves model that connects:

  • On-chain supply

  • Treasury accounting

  • Custodial statements

This ensures that token supply remains aligned with physical reserves held by the protocol.

While physical assets cannot be cryptographically proven in real time, DigiMetals commits to frequent attestations and independent verification.
